We are pleased to announce that Yamato Scientific will be participating in the exhibition "34th NEPCON JAPAN "(Semiconductor and Sensor Packaging Technology Exhibition)" which will be held for 3 days from Jan. 15, 2020(Wed) - Jan. 17, 2020(Fri) [10:00 to 18:00 Friday, 17th until 17:00] at Tokyo Big Sight.
Our booth will display actual plasma equipment for R & D and in-line operation. Various products and information (Scientific products, analysis / measurement equipment, and research facility products) necessary for R & D will also be presented with easy to understand video contents.
